About the Studio
Our studio is centred around yoga, with each session rooted in breath, awareness, and intentional movement.
While yoga remains at the core, sessions often draw from other movement practices to build strength, stability, and control, creating a practice that is both grounding and challenging.
Alongside regular classes, the studio also hosts weekend workshops and experiences such as sound healing and breathwork.
